Title and Ownership

The SOFTWARE is free for personal use only. When you obtain the SOFTWARE from us you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE subject to the terms of this agreement. You are not given any ownership rights in the product. Ownership and copyrights are retained by the authors and are granted to you only to the extent you see in this agreement.

Distribution

You may freely distribute the SOFTWARE to others only in its unmodified form but you may not charge any fee for the distribution thereof regardless of your distribution media and costs. Such distribution in any form (such as CD-ROM, DVD, via computer networks) is limited to one hundred (100) copies in any twelve (12) month period. In paricular, the SOFTWARE must not be made publicly available on the internet.

Warrenty

The authors expressly disclaim any warranty for the SOFTWARE. The SOFTWARE and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the SOFTWARE or the use or other dealings in the SOFTWARE.
You use this SOFTWARE at your own risk.
